The Cotter City Council will hold a workshop Thursday evening instead of its regularly scheduled meeting. Mayor McGeorge “Mac” Caradine says the council will discuss the new Cotter-Gassville wastewater interlocal agreement for the Phase II Sewer Rehabilitation Project.
The meeting begins at 6 at Cotter City Hall.
