The Mountain Home Planning Commission will decide on two sketch plans during its next meeting Monday at 1 p.m.
One is for Big Creek Townhomes, and the other is for the second phase of Olde Orchard off Buford Road. Even though Olde Orchard is located outside the city limits, the water system has been installed and operated by the city.
The meeting will be held in the council chambers of the Mountain Home Municipal Building.
