Ozark Opportunities, Inc. (OOI) of Harrison announces it now has both rental and winter heating assistance available.OOI officials say for those struggling to pay rent due to COVID-19, assistance is being offered through Arkansas Fresh Start (www.arfreshstart.com).
When applying online, applicants will be asked their preferred contact. Email is required and from OOI will be via email and telephone.
Winter heating assistance is also now available.
The OOI service area includes Baxter, Boone, Marion, Newton and Searcy counties.
