Basketball makes up the local Monday schedule, and four of Mountain Home’s junior high teams will be on the road going up against Paragould. The seventh grade girls’ game tips off at 4:30 followed by the eighth grade boys and both freshman contests.
Elsewhere on the junior high level, Norfork travels to Brockwell to face Izard County, Flippin makes the trip to Kingston, Viola heads to Lead Hill, Mountain View travels to Shirley, Bergman hosts Valley Springs, and Omaha entertains Green Forest.
In high school action, Ozark Mountain faces Deer on the Bruno-Pyatt campus in Eros, Bakersfield’s girls are home against Alton, Mammoth Spring will send two girls’ teams to Tuckerman, two of Melbourne’s boys teams will make the trip to Pleasant Plains to take on Midland, Marshall heads to North Little Rock to play LISA Academy North, and Rural Special hosts Clinton.
