A Fulton County man was killed in a one-vehicle accident Thursday evening in Missouri. Thirty-five-year-old Joseph Pendarvis of Salem was pronounced dead at the scene in Greene County.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Pendarvis was traveling on Missouri Route CC. He was nearly 4 1/2 miles west of Fair Grove when his pickup truck traveled off the roadway and overturned. Pendarvis was reportedly not wearing a seatbelt.
Pendarvis’ truck was totaled in the 6:55 p.m. accident. His death was the 14th fatality reported by Troop D this year.
