Travel hazards may remain on Marion County side roads

While most roads have been cleared following the recent snowfall this week, there may still be some travel issues in the Twin Lakes Area. Most of the main highways in Marion County are passable, the side roads have been covered, and a spokesperson with the Marion County Sheriff’s dispatch is not aware of any changes to that status.

Roads in Baxter and Ozark counties have been cleared. IDriveArkansas.com and the Missouri Department of Transportation’s traveler information map are not showing any issues on the area’s main highways.

For information on road conditions, along with closings and cancellations, go to the Baxter Regional Medical Center cancellation page at ktlo.com/cancellations.
