
The annual Bomber Booster Club Golf Tournament was held Saturday at Big Creek Golf and Country Club. The team of Brandon Maple, Matt Kelly and Tyler Wallace took the Championship Flight with a 15-under-par 57.
Maple, Kelly and Wallace were able to beat Luke Jackson, Tommy Mariscotti and Rip Finley by two strokes. Brad Schulz, John Campbell and Randy Lunceford won the tiebreaker for third place over Aaron Dickinson, Nathan Sudheimer and Tommy Wright after both teams shot an 11-under-par 61.
Brad and Steve Morris and Lance Whitaker won the tiebreaker over Freddy Penka, Scott House and Tracy Leonard after both teams finished at the top of the A Flight with an eight-under-par 64. Bob Crider, Grant Watson and Sam Mark were one stroke back to end up third. Ryan Mallett, Tripp Clark and Justin Hays took the tiebreaker for fourth place over Zach Ables, Lance Coffman and Mark Morton as both teams shot a six-under-par 66.
Eric Lunnen, Chris Webb and Clint Recktenwald won the B Flight with a three-under-par 69. There was a tie for second place with three teams finishing one stroke back. Jake Long, Robin Myers and Lang Zimmerman won the tiebreaker. Billy Thompson, Eric Tidoff and Drew Thomas took third place, and Eddie and Beau Helmert and Mike Culley were fourth.
Jim and Gene Britt and Dakota Nash won the tiebreaker over Steve and Brian Smith and Travis Sullivan to take the C Flight as both teams shot a 73. Bucky Tilley, Buck Wood and Jay Crawford took the tiebreaker over Paul Johnson, Chris Robinson and Ed McGill for third place as both teams were one stroke back.
