A Missouri AMBER Alert has been canceled after the child was returned to law enforcement on Friday afternoon.
Five-year-old Craig Emmerson had been reported missing Thursday afternoon from Ava, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol. He was reportedly in the company of 53-year-old Chad Emmerson, who the State Patrols says returned the child.
