A former Mountain Home student athlete is continuing to shine on the junior college level. Allen Community College pitcher Trey Jordan recently threw a no-hitter when the Red Devils defeated Coffeyville Community College 10-0.
The game was played Monday in Coffeyville, Kansas. The mercy rule was invoked after the fifth inning. Jordan struck out three batters and gave up two walks.
Jordan is in his freshmen year at Allen Community College in Iola, Kansas. His record on the mound is 4-0.
