A section of Denton Ferry Road north of Cotter is closed Thursday because of damage caused by flood waters. Baxter County Road & Bridge Superintendent Larry Carter says Denton Ferry Road at the High Tower Creek Bridge is closed while crews make repairs.
Denton Ferry Road can still be accessed from both ends but is closed to thru traffic at the bridge.
