The Baxter Summer Concert Series returns to downtown Mountain Home Saturday night when co-headliners Larry Fleet and Elvie Shane take the Farmers and Merchants Bank Stage at Hickory Park. Admission to the show is free, with attendees encouraged to bring their lawn chairs and blankets for seating.

Park gates will open to the public at 6 p.m., with opening act Mason Horne taking the stage at 7. Elvie Shane will perform at 7:45 and Larry Fleet will take the stage at 9.

The Baxter Summer Concert Series is Mountain Home’s marquee outdoor music program, featuring regional and national acts performing for free at Hickory Park.

Three more dates make up the Summer Concert Series schedule. The Steel Woods will perform on July 17 and Red Light Runner will take the stage on Aug. 14. Kameron Marlow and Heath Sanders will co-headline on Sept. 4 to close out the summer series.

Sponsorships for the 2021 season include Baxter Healthcare as the series’ namesake sponsor. The Mountain Home Advertising and Promotion Commission is also supporting the series for a second year in a row, and the Mountain Home Rotary Club is once again coordinating the event’s food vendors.

Other 2021 sponsors include Buncle’s Brick Oven & Brews, Perfect Catch Marine of Mountain Home and Bull Shoals, ASC Warranty, Tracy Ferry Marina and Quality Inn and Suites.
