The Food Bank of North Central Arkansas is partnering with the Baxter County Health Department, First United Methodist Church and volunteers from the Mountain Home Lion’s Club volunteers to provide a food distribution and COVID-19 vaccine clinic Tuesday afternoon from 3 to 6 in the parking lot of First United Methodist Church in Mountain Home.
Food will be available to those in need and the Food Bank will have food for 300 households available. The Baxter County Health Department will be administering Johnson & Johnson, one-dose COVID-19 vaccines and will have 300 doses available. Individuals are welcome to receive food, the vaccine, or both.
The community is asked to enter the church parking lot from Bucher Drive along the west side of the church and exit onto West Road in front of the church.
