The Mountain Home High School tennis teams had a successful home opener as they defeated Highland on Thursday.
The Lady Bombers topped the Lady Rebels 5-1. Macie Heide won her singles match, and Mountain Home had doubles victories from Micaela McLean and Cambelle Lance, Christiana Sebree and Josie Arp, Hannah Baker and Riley Wilkerson and Madison Schmeski and Zoe Croom.
The Bomber boys also topped Highland 4-3. Mountain Home’s victories came from the doubles teams of Alex Arp and Jacob Czanstkowski, Finley Chafin and Stratton Smith, Zane Darracq and Jordan Corbett and Aliyah Snow and Ethan Diggs. A pair of Bombers faced off in singles play as Ethan Darracq topped Adam Jones.
