A 42-year-old Fulton County man has been arrested after he allegedly sexually assaulted a 16-year-old girl.
Jeremy Joseph Stone faces a charge of second-degree sexual assault, with bond set at $5,000.
According to a probable cause affidavit from the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office, in July the teen reported multiple incidents where Stone attempted to engage in sex with the child, starting some time in 2020.
When interviewed by investigators on Aug. 11, Stone allegedly admitted he “would wrestle a lot” with the girl and maintained the girl “flirted with him by sitting on his lap and texting him wanting to have sex.”
Stone allegedly admitted to two instances of sexual contact with the teen.
