A Stone County man was killed in an early Saturday evening motorcycle accident. Sixty-three-year-old Michael Passmore of Alco was pronounced dead at the scene east of Landis in Stone County.
According to the Arkansas State Police, Passmore was traveling on Arkansas Highway 74. His motorcycle reportedly exited the right side of the roadway and struck an embankment.
The road was dry, and the weather was clear during the 5:09 p.m. accident.
