A Texas man was killed in a motorcycle accident Saturday in Baxter County. Forty-nine-year-old Yen Nguyen of Plano was pronounced dead at the scene.
According to the Arkansas State Police, Nguyen was traveling on Arkansas Highway 341, also known as Push Mountain Road, when he ran off the roadway. Nguyen reportedly overcorrected, and his motorcycle crossed both lanes of the highway, struck a guardrail and came to a rest on the shoulder near County Road 74.
The road was dry, and the weather was clear during the 11:55 a.m. accident.
