A Silver Alert has been issued for a missing Horseshoe Bend man. According to the Izard County Sheriff’s Office, 95-year-old Elmer Roy Clark was reported missing Friday morning and was last known to be at 908 South Manor Drive, across Arkansas Highway 289 from the airport in Horseshoe Bend.
Clark is described as a 5’8″ white male weighing 120 pounds with grey, balding hair, hazel eyes and a fair complexion. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a brown plaid button-up long-sleeve shirt and a red jacket with the word “Belevista” on the front left shoulder. He may be traveling in a white 2012 Chevrolet Equinox with the license plate USAAOFL.
