Baxter County Sheriff John Montgomery is notifying the public that a Level 3 registered sex offender, classified as high risk to re-offend, has moved to a new address in Baxter County.

Sheriff Montgomery says 26-year-old Kristopher Jordan Drzka has moved from 81 County Road 161 in Mountain Home to 2325 State Highway 5 North in Mountain Home.

Drzka was convicted of sexual assault in the second degree in Baxter County on July 27, 2017. This offense involved the offender engaging in unwanted sexual contact during the summer of 2015 with a then 14-year-old female victim. Drzka is on probation with the Arkansas Department of Community Corrections.

Drzka is not wanted by law enforcement at this time. This notification is not intended to increase fear; rather it is the sheriff’s belief that an informed public is a safer public. This information cannot be used to threaten, intimidate, or harass registered sex offenders. Citizen abuse will not be tolerated. Such abuse could potentially end law enforcement’s ability to do community notification.
