The Mountain Home Junior High football team continued to win Thursday night with a 33-12 victory at home over Jonesboro Annie Camp. The Junior Bombers racked up 365 yards of total offense.

Jacob Chenoweth had another big night, hauling in six catches for 109 yards and two touchdowns, and he added 28 rushing yards on four carries.

Jackson Criner went nine of 12 through the air for 150 yards and a touchdown, while Ryder McClain was three for four passing for 45 yards and a scoring strike.

Noah McKay added 41 rushing yards and two touchdowns on seven carries and led the defense with 14 tackles.

Noah Rectenwald had 11 tackles, Dawson Dunlap finished with 10 tackles, and Barrett Miller returned an interception 35 yards for a touchdown.

Head coach Greg Crow says, “Super proud of our kids, that was a physical football game. We really got out of rhythm in the second half and that is my fault, but we fought through it. I thought our defense was lights out all night, flying to the football. Our offensive line just keeps getting better, we have a long way to go but tonight was good in a lot of ways.”
