A Midway man was injured Thursday evening in a one-vehicle accident in Baxter County. Twenty-year-old David Morgan was transported to Baxter Regional Medical Center with minor injuries.
According to an accident report from the Baxter County Sheriff’s Office, Morgan was traveling on Arkansas Highway 5 North when his SUV went off the right side of the roadway. He overcorrected, and the SUV crossed Cannie Baker Road and rolled at least once. The vehicle landed on its wheels and faced nearly southbound in the northbound lane.
The SUV sustained $15,000 worth of damage in the 7:06 p.m. accident.
