The Mountain Home Junior High football team wrapped up a perfect season Thursday night with a 36-0 win at West Memphis Wonder. The Junior Bombers finish the year with a 9-0 record.

Jacob Chenoweth once again led the offense with four catches for 121 yards and a touchdown to go along with 43 rushing yards and two scores on the ground. Ryder McClain was six of seven through the air for 158 yards and a touchdown and rushed for 90 yards. Eli Jones and Jaryn Racine each had rushing touchdowns, and Barrett Miller added 107 rushing yards.

Head coach Greg Crow says, “Super proud of the kids on this year, to have put the work in that we did, all off season coming in at 7 everyday and not coming up for air all summer, it is good to see them succeed. Special group of kids for the commitment that they put in, just couldn’t be happier for them. Truly a team effort and a awesome group of kids to be around. Can’t say enough about my coaches and everyone in Mountain Home that makes this thing possible, its awesome to be around people that actually support their programs and kids.”
