The Mountain Home High School cross country teams will be in Hot Springs Friday, as they look to add more hardware to the trophy case. The Bombers and Lady Bombers will take part in the last two races of the Arkansas State Meet at Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort.
Both Mountain Home teams won the 5A-West title on Oct. 26 for their sixth consecutive conference championships. The Lady Bombers are the defending Class 5A state champions, and the Mountain Home boys were the runners-up last year.
The Class 5A girls’ race will start at 2 p.m., and the boys will get underway 45 minutes later.
