Basketball makes up the local Thursday schedule, as the season gets underway for the Mountain Home High School boys. The Bombers’ year starts in front of the home crowd as Har-Ber comes in from Springdale.

Mountain Home had a record of 11-14 a year ago. The Bombers ended the season as the runners-up of the 5A-West District Tournament and as quarterfinalists in the Class 5A State Tournament. While Mountain Home did lose a good senior class from a year ago, Bombers’ head coach Josh Fulcher says he’s excited about this year’s team.
