Friday night was the second meeting of the teams this year, but this time Greenwood had all of their starters back, and it showed in a 42-0 shutout of the Bombers.

The Bulldogs amassed 512 yards of total offense, while their defense pitched its third straight shutout.

Starting quarterback Hunter Houston, who missed the first meeting of the teams, was 24 of 34 through the air for 353 yards and four touchdowns, each to a different receiver, in just three quarters of action.

Mountain Home was unable to capitalize on Greenwood’s miscues. The Bulldogs turned the ball over three times and allowed Mountain Home’s Brody Patterson to return a kickoff 82 yards to the 14 yard line, but the Bombers were unable to convert any of those into points.

Greenwood advances on to face Little Rock Parkview in the semifinals with a record of 8-3. Mountain Home ends the year with a record of 4-8.
