
The Mountain Home Junior High (MHJH) basketball teams played Harrison Monday night, with Mountain Home winning four of the six games.
Playing at home, the MHJH girls’ teams won all three of their games.
The Junior Lady Bombers were 32-28 winners to improve to 6-2 on the season. Whitten Coleman scored 11 for Mountain Home, and Laykin Moore added 10 points.
Mountain Home won the junior girls’ JV game 21-11 and the seventh grade girls’ contest 26-6.
The night was not as good for the Junior Bombers, as they lost at Harrison 37-32 to fall to 7-2 on the year.
Harrison also won the eighth grade boys’ game 34-24. Jackson Corp scored 18 of Mountain Home’s 24 points.
Mountain Home was able to win the seventh grade boys’ contest 36-19. Gage Wilson paced Mountain Home with 15 points.
The Mountain Home Junior High basketball teams will host Marion Thursday.
