A Flippin man was put on probation for three years after pleading guilty in Baxter County Circuit Court earlier this month to selling methamphetamine to a confidential informant.

According to the probable cause affidavit, the informant contacted law enforcement and said arrangements had been made with 48-year-old Kenneth Marberry to purchase a quantity of the drug.

The buy was made in September last year. Officers said about 4 grams of a substance that field-tested positive for methamphetamine changed hands in the transaction.
