A joint effort among the sheriffs’ offices in Ozark and Douglas counties and the Ava Police Department has led to the arrest of four individuals, the seizure of drugs and the recovery of a stolen vehicle.Ozark County Sheriff Cass Martin tells KTLO, Classic Hits and The Boot news the identities of the four are being withheld until the formal filing of charges. Sheriff Martin says the four are being held in the Ozark County jail.Officers from the three agencies served a search warrant Wednesday in the Brixey area of northern Ozark County.
Methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia and marijuana were reportedly located in the residence. The substances have been sent to the state crime lab for further testing.
