Fulton County authorities have arrested a teen on a felony charge of second-degree sexual assault, after he was allegedly caught in a compromising position with a 13-year-old female in early September.According to the probable cause affidavit filed last week, the victim’s mother had been led to believe 18-year-old Lucas Christopher Clute was two years younger.
The victim’s mother told law enforcement her daughter had told her Clute, who was staying in the family’s home for the weekend, was a friend visiting from Russellville and was 16 years old.
When the mother learned Clute’s actual age, she went home to confront her daughter and found the two partially clothed in a bedroom of the residence.
Clute’s bond was set at $20,000.
