A Marion County man, 53-year-old Douglas Hunsucker of Bull Shoals, has been charged with 37 felony counts of distributing, possession, or viewing of matter depicting sexually explicit conduct involving a child.
According to the probable cause affidavit, Google reported Hunsucker had violated the company’s terms of service by uploading child sexual abuse material early this year.
In June, a special agent with the Arkansas State Police went to Hunsucker’s Bull Shoals residence, where he reportedly admitted he had child pornography on his laptop computer.
A DVD located inside the laptop allegedly contained at least 37 images of child pornography. In addition, there were reportedly hundreds of pornographic images of boys and girls in which the age was questionable and hundreds of images of children partially dressed and posed provocatively.
Online court documents indicate Hunsucker was arrested Dec. 17.
His bond was set at $25,000.
