A Silver Alert has been activated for a woman missing in Horseshoe Bend. The Izard County Sheriff’s Office requested the activation for 31-year-old Kristen Smith, who has been reported missing since 10 Tuesday evening.
Smith is described as a white female, 5 feet 2 inches tall, weighing 110 pounds with long, brown hair, brown eyes and a light complexion. According to the Arkansas State Police, she was last seen near a residence at 708 Walnut Lane wearing a pink long-sleeve shirt and blue leggings.
