An Izard County man has been arrested on accusations of raping a minor. Fifty-year-old Quentin Cohoon of Violet Hill was booked into the Izard County Detention Center Friday on a Class Y felony count of rape. Class Y felonies are the most serious classification of crime in Arkansas not punishable by death.
Cohoon also faces 15 felony counts of employing or consenting to the use of a child in a sexual performance, a felony count of sexual indecency with a child and nine misdemeanor counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. His bond is set at $100,000.
