Basketball makes up the local Monday schedule and includes three of Mountain Home’s junior high teams in Jonesboro to play Annie Camp. The eighth grade girls’ game tips off at 4:30 followed by both freshman contests.
A pair of area junior high boys’ teams will square off in the Hillcrest Junior Tournament at Lynn. Salem and Mammoth Spring are scheduled for 5:10.
Elsewhere on the junior high level, Harrison hosts Pea Ridge.
In high school basketball, Bakersfield’s girls travel to Gainesville, Izard County entertains Lead Hill, Dora makes the trip to Couch, and Marshall is home against Maumelle Charter.
On the junior varsity level, Melbourne heads to Cave City.
