Big Creek Golf and Country Club in Mountain Home has selected a new head golf professional. James Stanofski has been hired to succeed Todd Dunnaway, who left to become the head pro and general manager at Paradise Valley Athletic Club in Fayetteville.

Stanofski comes to Big Creek after serving as the first assistant pro at Yellowstone Country Club in Billings, Montana, since March 2020. He has also been an assistant pro at four different courses in South Carolina, and at Dataw Island Club, he was instrumental in creating the First Tee chapter in northern Beaufort County, South Carolina.

James is originally from Pinehurst, North Carolina, and started playing golf at the age of 3. He played professionally on the Hooters Tour from 2004 to 2008 after finishing his college career at North Carolina-Greensboro as the top-seeded player and team captain.

Anyone looking to contact Stanofski can send an email to James.Stanofski@bigcreekgolf.com.
