Baseball Bombers fall in extra innings

The Mountain Home High School baseball team suffered a tough loss Tuesday, falling at Huntsville 2-1 in nine innings. Mountain Home’s pitching was strong. Jacob Czanstkowski worked six innings, allowing just three hits and one earned run, while striking out six. Reed Ellison worked two innings, striking out two with no earned runs.

At the plate, Czanstkowski went three-for-four, and Tony Fox was two-for-three with a double.

Mountain Home falls to 1-2 on the season.
