The Mountain Home Police Department (MHPD) is holding Civilian Response to Active Shooter Events (C.R.A.S.E.) training Tuesday morning at 9. The course will offer insight on national best practices in providing strategies, guidance and proven plans for surviving an active shooter event.Private citizens, civic organizations, churches, child care providers and private businesses are encouraged to attend.The event will take place in the Trout Room of The Sheid on the campus of Arkansas State University-Mountain Home.Contact Sgt.
