The annual Bomber Booster Club Golf Tournament was held Saturday at Big Creek Golf and Country Club with a tiebreaker needed to decide the overall winner.
Nick Coleman, Joey Sample, Tommy Strickland and Kirk Brown took the Championship Flight over Matt Kelly, Tyler Wallace, Andrew Gillespie and Gage McClain. Both teams shot a 16-under-par 56. Randy and Josh Lunceford, Terry Cormican and Robert Bordner were one stroke back to finish third.
There was also a tiebreaker to decide the winners in the A Flight. Scott Copeland, Cole Barrow, Mike Willard and Jacob Bruggeman got past Eric Lunnen, Spencer Adams, Daniel Goodwin and Clint Recktenwald after both teams had a nine-under-par 63. Eddie Helmert, Mike Culley, Gary Griffin and Linn Johnson took the tiebreaker for third place over Grant Greenhaw, Ulysses Ruley, Chad Bundy and Jared Horton after both teams ended up one stroke behind.
There was a three-way tie at the top of the B Flight leaderboard. Zach Ables, Nick Maze, Zach Byrd and Henry Campfield won the tiebreaker; Mark and Tim Paden and Callie and Blake Hendricks were second; and Anthony and John Reed, Jesse Parnell and Buck Tilley finished third.
