Marion County and Circuit Clerk Dawn Moffett is reminding the public the deadline for voter registration is Monday.

Marion County registered voters should be receiving a new Voter ID card in the mail. Due to the 2020 census, every county in Arkansas partook in a redistricting process, causing changes to some of the voting districts.

If an ID card is received with correct information, no action is necessary. If an ID card is received with incorrect information, contact the Marion County Clerk’s Office at (870)449-6226 or in person at 300 East Old Main in Yellville.

Early voting will be held at the following locations:

Marion County Fairgrounds – May 9-23, Monday through Friday 8 to 6, Saturday 10 to 4.

Bull Shoals City Hall – May 9-23, Monday through Friday 8 to 6, Saturday 10 to 4.

Lazy Acres Fire House – May 23, 8 to 5.

The primary election date is set for May 24.
