Randolph to become boys’ basketball coach, athletic director at Gainesville

The Gainesville R-V School District has announced a new leader for its high school boys’ basketball program. Chris Randolph will also serve as the athletic director following the retirement of Morris Jenkins.

Randolph returns to his alma mater 12 years after graduating as a Bulldog. He has spent the last three years as the basketball coach at Pierce City.

Jenkins has been the boys’ basketball coach and athletic director at Gainesville for the last eight years. According to the Ozark County Times, his coaching career spans 32 years.

Randolph will join Gainesville beginning in the 2022-2023 school year.
