Three area high school soccer teams began state tournament play on Thursday.
The season ended for Mountain View’s girls in the Class 3A State Tournament at the Anstaff Bank Soccer Complex in Harrison. The Lady Yellowjackets fell to Green Forest 16-0.
Harrison had mixed results in the Class 4A State Tournament at Little Rock. The Lady Goblins shut out Heber Springs 6-0. The Harrison boys were eliminated by Brookland 2-1.
