A Silver Alert has been issued for a missing Cotter man. Authorities are looking for 88-year-old Donald Dean Short. He was last known to be at Cotter Crossing Apartments at 262 North Section Line Road in Cotter Monday evening.
Short may be traveling in a red 2001 Nissan XTerra SUV with Arkansas license plate 853WPF.
Short is described as being 6 foot 4, 225 pounds, short white hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing grey jogging pants.
