A Mountain Home man has been arrested on several charges including rape. The Baxter County Detention Center website indicates 47-year-old Mark William Hodges was arrested Friday afternoon on charges of rape, endangering the welfare of a minor and for a probation violation.
A spokesman for the Baxter County Sheriff’s Office told KTLO, Classic Hits and The Boot News the court has an order to seal the probable cause statement and other documents in the case.
The case was investigated by the Baxter County Sheriff’s Office, Mountain Home Police and the Crimes Against Children Division.
Hodges is being held on a bond of $250,000.
