A woman arrested in connection with a double shooting in the Caney Mountain area has been issued a grand jury indictment.
Following the indictment, a warrant for the arrest of Rhonda Sprague of Gainesville was issued May 20.
Sprague was served with the warrant while being held in the Ozark County Jail.
Sprague has been charged with one count each of unlawful use of a weapon while intoxicated, a class E felony; assault in the 2nd degree, a class D felony; assault in the 1st degree, a class B felony; discharging/shooting a firearm at or from a motor vehicle, a class B felony; and armed criminal action, an unclassified felony.
No more information has been released.
She is being held without bond in the Ozark County Jail.
