Hardenville man arrested on charges of child molestation

Following a grand jury indictment, a warrant for arrest was issued for Jeremiah D. Kowerduck of Hardenville May 19.

Kowerduck was arrested in Greene County, Missouri, on Tuesday and transported to the Ozark County Jail.

He has been charged with an unclassified felony count of statutory sodomy in the 1st degree, deviant sexual intercouse with a person under the age of 14, serious physical injury/display of a deadly weapon, intercourse with more than one person or victim under the age of 12, and child molestation in the 1st degree, a class B felony.

Jeremiah Kowerduck is being held in the Ozark County Jail without bond.

Kowerduck was listed on the Ozark County Sheriff’s Most Wanted list in March for burglary, felony stealing, unlawful possession of a firearm and possession of a controlled substance.
