The Mountain Home Lockeroom American Legion baseball team opened its season Tuesday night with a pair of wins at Batesville.
The Lockeroom won the first game 10-4. Reed Ellison picked up the win on the mound. At the plate, Logen Walker, Masen Walker and Carter Graves each had three hits.
In the nightcap, Mountain Home blanked Batesville 10-0. Logan Ballard was the winning pitcher.
The Lockeroom returns to action Friday night at the Katzer Tournament in Fort Smith against Bryant.
