STUTTGART, AR — Farmers and Merchants Bank and The Bank of Fayetteville have announced the promotion of Pepper Morrison to the role of Assistant Vice President, Treasury Management Manager. In her new position, Morrison will oversee specialized products and banking strategies for business and nonprofit customers statewide.
Since starting her career in the financial industry 25 years ago with Integrity First Bank in Mountain Home, she has served as Proof Operator, Computer Operator, Tech Support Specialist and Business Online Manager. Most recently, she worked as the Treasury Management Concierge Services Manager.
Morrison is a long-time resident of North Central Arkansas and a graduate of Mountain Home High School. In addition to AVP, Treasury Management Manager Pepper serves on the bank’s culture-centric committee, which focuses on the working environment for all employees.
Outside the bank, Morrison is an active member of the regional community. She recently joined the Serenity, Inc. Advisory Board, a domestic violence program that provides shelter and services to victims of assault and abuse. Morrison resides in Mountain Home.
