A man is accused of making threats at a residence in Ozark County and attempting to fight authorities at the Ozark County Jail. Brandon Guidry is being held on outstanding warrants.
According to a Facebook post from the Ozark County Sheriff’s Office, a deputy and his K9 responded June 14 to a call of an armed male threatening to kill residents in Isabella. The deputy arrived and reportedly located a male with a firearm and ammunition inside his vehicle.
The male, identified as Guidry, had an active warrant out of Douglas County. He had another active felony warrant for a parole violation out of Louisiana.
Guidry was taken into custody. After he was transported to the Ozark County Jail, he allegedly refused to cooperate and attempted to fight the jailers and deputies. Charges are pending from the incident.
