
Four new residential buildings top the permits for July, according to a report from the City of Mountain Home Building Inspection Department.The four new permits were issued to Hobbs Investments, LLC for properties located along Ozark Avenue. Each project is said to be 1,877-square-feet and each has a construction value of $110,000.
A permit was issued to Hall and Associates Counseling for a commercial remodel of property located at 750 Highland Parkway with a construction value of $40,000; A permit was issued to Dacus Construction, on behalf of Edward and Noreen Watts, for a 240-square-foot residential addition to property located at 304 Montgomery Avenue with a construction value of $36,000; and a permit was issued to Alan Hermann for a new residential building located at 419 Cone Street with a construction value of $3,000.
The remaining permits were for commercial signs and issued to:
Sno Biz, for a business located at 40 Paulwood Drive #40, with a construction value of $100;
Total Image Solutions, for Exxon, located at 1580 South College Street with an $8,600 construction value;
Sign Tech for Southern Meadows Assisted Living located at 715 West 6th Street with a construction value of $3,304;
Harrison Sign Company for Maurices located at 40 Plaza Way with a $5,000 construction value; and
Dijohn Designs for Hilltop Church located at 18 County Road 458 with a $10,500 construction value.
Total construction value of the 12 permits issued in July equals $546,504.
The cost of all permits issued in July totaled $1,377.
