Another Baxter County Fair has come and gone. After last year’s turnout dropped due in part to the coronavirus pandemic, this year’s attendance rose significantly.
The majority of the fair’s activities began Tuesday and concluded Saturday. Baxter County Fair Board President Glenn Priebe says everyone at the fair association was pleased with this year’s event.

One of the fair’s major activities was the parade that ran through downtown Mountain Home early Wednesday evening. Priebe has the winners from the float contest.
