The Cotter City Council will hold its regular monthly meeting Thursday evening at 6, in the Cotter City Hall Council Chambers.
Agenda items include discussion on considering vacating the alley at 183 Melba Ave, consideration of a resolution authorizing a public hearing and special meeting on vacating a city alley, approval of date to hold budget workshop and setting dates for the November and December council meetings due to the holidays.
