North AR Youth Center holds NYE party to benefit the center

The North Arkansas Youth Center will be hosting a New Years Eve party Saturday night to benefit projects to grow the youth center in Cotter.

Mark Kapshandy and Jerry Hopper joined KTLO’s MJ Haworth on Talk of the Town to discuss the events of the evening.
